"I started with Insight almost two years ago and was the best decision I could have ever made. Neils knowledge mixed with his caring and nurturing personality made me believe in myself to go on my journey that originally started in gaining my health back, to wanting to enter a body building competition in figure and not look out of place. I am so proud to call Neil my coach but also my friend. I can not recommend Neil and his Insight services enough!!!"

"I have NOTHING but good things to say about InSight and Neil! Since joining InSight, I have become so much better educated on my body's wants and needs, and have in the process shed over 50 lbs of body fat while maintaining muscle mass! This is not a fad diet, but a science based, individually catered LIFESTYLE CHANGE! At 38 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life, and have the tools to keep getting better! Invest in yourself, and gain InSight!"

We are everyday people on our  journey to a better quality of life.

The inSight community doesn’t believe in “before & after.”

The purpose of these transition photos are in hopes of inspiring you while you can still relate to the individuals in them. We believe there is no end to self betterment. It’s a journey of a lifetime that takes a lifetime.

With inSight we focus on development of personal health identity & supporting a healthier self inside & out.

Watching someone “do it” can be so much more inspirational & relatable then  someone who has “done it.”

The “Before & after” reveal is a story told in retrospect... A transition is a story still being written. A story you can relate to on an emotional level & even become a part of.

Become a part of inSight & the storyline each & every member is contributing to.

"This is not a post looking for the classic " way to go girl " " you look so great " feedback . Because I know I look better, I feel better, I'm happier when I look at in the mirror.  I'm not a person that would normally post something like this anyways. However this post is for anybody who has been struggling with their weight. Don't give up, some days I struggle, some days i feel like i fail. Somedays I eat like a fat starved child and others I don't eat at all. It's a battle, it's taken a year for me to drop 57 lbs and I haven't reached my end goal but someday I will and then the new battle of maintaining myself begins.

I wouldn't be where I am today without my amazing coach and the supportive people in my life.

Its a lifestyle not a diet. It's the choice to raise my daughter healthy and to be able to look myself in the mirror and love every part of myself.

Never give up on your dreams. If you stumble its not failure. It's a lesson and you'll be stronger the next time."

“As a lot of you already know I've been on a weight loss journey since mid October. I wasn't comfortable in my own skin, and wasn't healthy either. Having high blood pressure at 29 years old, I knew it was time to make a change! I hit my first milestone today and have lost 50 lbs.!!  I was ashamed of these before pictures in the beginning and would have never dreamed of posting them. But I am damn proud of what I've accomplished so far!!  Big thank you to my mama, for all the support she's giving me and a huge shout out to my coach Neil Burchill !! Here’s to 50 more!”

I’m not really one to post this kind of stuff but it really is incredible the difference a year of concentrating on your health can make. When I started this journey in Feb of last year I would estimate I was probably 25 lbs heavier than I was in the before pic posted here. Thanks to Neil Burchill for the coaching, support and solid (guidance and for being a sounding board/voice of reason for some of my self experiments).

Thanks to the members of inSight Health/Lifestyle community that he has created for being active in the group and sharing experiences (both positive and negative) and for being such a supportive group.

I deff suggest anyone looking to improve your health look into inSight Health/Lifestyle for a fresh and outside the box perspective on weight loss"

Sam Swanson

Sam joined inSight in January of 2022, coming from the background of fad diets and failed attempts to get healthier.

She didn't have the motivation and positive body image she wanted.

Since joining inSight, she has been able to focus on what matters by tapping into the better self that she is!

Sam highly recommends joining inSight and learning about how to be a healthier, better YOU.

I wasnt going to post this but f it ! I'm proud of myself! Dont like it dont look

Girl on the right was uncomfortable in her own skin and she was disgusted at her reflection. Severe social anxiety kept her out of the gym, and she chased dopamine with food and had a lack of impulse controle.

Girl on the left is learning to be comfortable in her skin, feeling good about how she looks,  loving the gym again after just the thought of going caused intense anxiety. She's finding healthy ways to get dopamine and learning to control her impulsive behavior

Getting control of my life was something I've wanted to do for a while but never had the self confidence to do so . Decided one day to take the leap of faith with Neil Burchill inSight Nutrition/Lifestyle
