Obstacles are often placed to keep us from falling over the edge. They can act as a redirect to something invaluable between where we are & where we’re destined to go.
Check your ego... Things change & we need to be able to let go of old beliefs & behaviours in order to have the capacity to grab hold of something new.

I absolutely love this philosophy... The answer is everywhere and in everything, because it's you. Don't restrict yourself to one perspective, one discipline. Have a broad perspective and don't be a slave to traveling the already well beaten path.

The thing I find interesting about nutrition is the superiority complex many people have about what they eat.

Eat & live like the person you want to be... I believe the better one eats, the more balanced one becomes with exercise, which then frees up valuable time for experiences & reflection. Our keen edge is too often dulled by heavy eating & wasted further as we become drained trying to “work it off”.
