How Many Hours Per Day Do You Lose To Stress & Anxiety..?

Stress is a fact of life. Being stressed, feeling stressed, well...that is a choice.

We don’t have to worry. We don’t have to dread. We don’t have to be overwhelmed.

A good life demands an active life, it demands that we participate in politics, be social, contribute to the common good, fight for what’s right... & so it’s critical that we also learn how to resist the temptation to succumb to the stresses that surround that type of life...


How much more enjoyable would your days be without the constant dread of stress looming over you? 


How much more productive would you be without spending hours per day indulging in troubles that are not yours to own?


We need to learn how to:


  • Name your stress. Putting it in its place.
  • How to seize what is in your control & ignore the rest... Each day.
  • How to be easier on yourself to get more done.
  • Make your to-do list more manageable.
  • Stop sweating the small stuff.
  • Adopt a broader perspective.


How many hours per day do you lose to stress & anxiety..? Don’t you think it’s time you did something about it..?


People tend to be unhealthy & overweight because they're distracted & overburdened by emotionally carrying things that don't belong to them. 


Having a plan, having support, focus & accountability can go a very long way toward learning how to let go & share the weight. It's true that Many hands make light work. We tend to inflame ourselves with stress & anxiety when we think we are alone in our efforts & take on the "it's all up to me" way of thinking.

Well I'm here to say..."it is up to you!" But not in the way we've been conditioned to think... It's up to us to choose our battles, what we focus on, what we do from day to day. That means we get to choose what we hold on to... What "sticks" & what does not. 


Weight is just that... In my 20yrs of practice, I believe a massive percentage of individuals in our culture dealing with weight & health issues associated with weight, are physically manifesting the psychological "weight" they carry internally each day.


What your mind sees, your body believes, but it becomes difficult to identify if everyone around you is experiencing & seeing the same things...
