How many of you out there find yourself “dragassing” through the week just to get to the weekend?

I remember a time not too long ago, where I dreaded Monday. I was living for & on the weekend. I later realized that I was only focused on 104 out 365 days... Mathematically Speaking, for every 3 years, I was really living a year...


How many of you feel like this? 


How amazing would it be to feel your perspective dramatically shift as you begin to strike a balance between nutrition & lifestyle, once again taking back & owning your weekdays..


Having this perspective creates a synergy between a guilt-free, emotionally satisfying & healthy weekend of focusing on friends, family, personal time, etc... & the upcoming week. 

Monday then becomes the launch point to refocus your sights on achieving goals & making things happen. 


Monday becomes the old Friday & the weekend...  We’ll, that’s now a whole new experience. 


Both weekdays & weekends are equally as important & will contribute to different parts of you.

Please understand that getting to know your body’s nutritional requirements and prepping for the week is only part of the puzzle. We must then balance it with our emotional & physical needs. This takes time, practice & guidance... 


Remember, what is neglected is lost...
