Focus on The Thing In Front Of You

We shouldn’t be overwhelmed by the big picture of life, the “long game”. We should only concern ourselves with obstacles immediately in front of us. Understand that each obstacle represents a step towards the completion of a life assembled. 

Compose yourself & move forward step by step, let nothing hold you back, including you...

Commit to just one step at a time, & in that decisive moment, your fears & weaknesses have little no time to take over. Remember, life exists just outside our reach. Step forward..!

Think about that today as you’re considering to take that “step”. Whether you begin that workout  program, start that diet, talk to that person, take that trip, invest in that opportunity... Expand your possibilities!


Instead of wasting time mulling over & predicting the next 109 steps, just move... Give yourself a few seconds of courage & see where you end up.


We have but on of two choices... Live on your knees or die standing proud... Both life & death are certain, as you cannot have one without the other. 

Our quality of existence between our first breath & our last is largely determined by either action or inaction. 

Nothing great has ever happened from nothing happening.... Of this I’m certain. 


Today is about motivation. It could be “the day” that changes everything...
