Because everything is tied/connected to your health..‼️
Health is everything but not specific enough. We need to “stack” things of tangible importance to it in order to keep motivated & focused.
Take that which you cannot live without in this life & connect it to you’re health. Do this daily.

Remind yourself that if you’re are not “healthy” you cannot fully commit what you are passionate about.
But connect the two together with relatable points of reference. This “stacking” technique is extremely effective.

I remind myself of this everyday. It helps me prioritize my health.
